 Image:
The main image on this magazine is of Ozzy Osbourne this image is placed in centre of this magazine it takes up about half the page. Analysing the double page article of a magazine

The theme throughout the article is rock, from rock artist to rock bands and their.  This double page article is about ozzy osbourne, osbourne is a rock artist or as some may say ‘rock guru’ this article relates to the front cover of the magazine. The magazines main coverline “through the keyhole” this is suggesting what is on the other side of the door, this article is about Ozzys’ study room also known as the ‘The Bunker , its telling us about all the interesting things he’s got in there by doing this it makes the reader feel like they know him a lot more and they can relate with him.it would make them feel like as if they are a friend for knowing a lot of information about him from what he’s interested in and what he’s not interested in. one of the items he has in his study is a picture of him and Paul McCartney from the Beatles, he also tells us why he has it, when he first heard the Beatles he said “it blew my head off. I’ve never stopped loving the Beatles since”. This is telling us how much he loves the Beatles and how much they actually mean to him. Another item he has in his study is History books who would have ever thought Ozzy the rock star is interested in history, he tells us, “I’m very into world war two, I’ve got thousands of books on it, this shows us how passionate he is although he is “dyslexic “he like to “to get stuck into stuff” in a sense once he has read something he wants to carry on or learn more about that topic. He's also showing us although your dyslexic you can do so much.

  Analysing the editors letter

The editor’s letter is a very informal piece of text, he has written this letter as if he is just messaging a friend, by doing this he makes the reader feel more comfortable reading this. There is a picture of the editor on this magazine this makes the reader relate more to text also they get an inside on who has written this magazine and to let them know this person is real.
